THE ACTIVITIES CARRIED OUT AS PART OF YOUR INITIATIVE

Emmaus Åland has a recycling central for building material. The work is conducted through the employment of long-term unemployed. The work consists of dismantling buildings, parts of buildings or interiors, to receive and sell furniture and to go through and check electronics.

Four employees and 10-15 persons/participants on job training.

Most of the participants get a better position on the labour market, get a job or start an education.
