50 years of the movement’s Universal Manifesto in photos!

Looking back at that historic event on 24 May 2019 in Bern (Switzerland) commemorating the 50th anniversary of the Universal Manifesto, the founding text of the Emmaus movement, in the same place where it was adopted exactly 50 years ago.

This event gathered some of those present at our 1st World Assembly in Bern in 1969 and the active forces of our movement across the world today, providing us with momentum to continue our struggles and our commitments.
Our heartfelt thanks to all the Emmaus Swiss groups for their initiative and their involvement in the organisation of this event, and in its great success.
